Assistant Business Development and Corporate Finance Manager
Qualification:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Assist the BD and Corporate Finance Director and the CEO in developing financing strategies (both Project Financing and Corporate financing) that best fit the company’s requirement
- Assist the BD and Corporate Finance Director for all phases of the project lifecycle
- Develop feasibility study of transactions, taking into consideration the industry trends, competitors’ activities, overall market performance, potential partner
- Structure and devise strategy for the project, including identifying operational and investment issues and risks associated
- Search and refine solutions and propose to the Management, as well as execute to solve or prevent issues on a timely basis in all aspects
- Prepare necessary analysis and presentation, i.e. investment memorandum, Board of Directors approval presentation, any other analysis reports or presentation materials required by the work process and by the Management
- Lead in processing securing project financing from banks, if any, including liaising with Banks, preparing presentation, giving project information for Banks, solving issues raised by Banks
- Work with asset management team to ensure operation and maintenance plan align with investment criteria and executed effectively
- Assist the BD and Corporate Finance Director in develop and execute short-term and long-term plan to extend company’s new business venture related to clean energy (eg. carbon credit business, new clean energy investment opportunities) by analyzing, formulating, planning, and proposing detailed business model and action plans
- Coordinate with other functions to ensure smooth operation of a project
- Assist in administrative tasks as requested by the Management
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Male or Female
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Management or Strategic Management or any appropriate degree and fields
- Approximately 3-5 years of professional experience in similar position including but not limited to Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Relationship Manager
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Thai speaker with ability to read and write Thai and Excellent command of spoken and written English is a must
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong presentation skills
- Must be a self-starter with exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
- Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
- Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations and the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and multi-tasking skills
- Strategic thinking, problem solving & decision making, financial analysis, and negotiating competencies
- Able to travel abroad if required
