Qualification:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Possess strong numerical skills and leadership skills to drive our organization's operations and improve financial performance
  • Setting financial and operational targets and motivating team to achieve the targets
  • Developing financial strategy to meet targeted investment returns
  • Ensuring timely and quality financial reporting that meets public company shareholders’ requirements
  • Supervising accounting staff to meet newly implement accounting standard
  • Planning and setting strategy to present financial report to maximize shareholders’ interest
  • Overseeing operational performance and monitoring cash flow
  • Overseeing internal controls to ensure high credibility of information
  • Managing all compliance, such as tax and DBD, for the company and its subsidiary Engaging with lenders team for debt service and monitoring of loan agreement (current expected loan size is USD 200 million)
  • Supporting business development team or leading your team to meet requirements from potential investors and lenders

  • Supporting business development team and other team for their analysis tasks
  • Any other ad-hoc, assignments requested by the Managements
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • At least Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or higher
  • Thai national only, preferably age 35 years up
  • At least 5 years direct experience and minimum of 12 years working experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent analytical and communication/presentation skills
  • Excellent leadership, visionary with strong organizational, communication, and accounting and tax knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively influence people at all levels within and outside the organization; ability to work in a culturally diverse setting
  • Ability to create and maintain good relationship with all stakeholders not only internal team
  • Proven ability to develop and translate a strategy into implementable actions
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing operational objectives and determining how to utilize resources to best meet schedules and goals, leading multi-disciplined team
  • Capacity to lead with a mentoring and coaching skills; ability to develop his/her team member to get the desired result
  • Able to travel to Yangon office or the Project Site, a remote area in Myanmar (safety is ensured so no worry)
