Business Development Manager
Qualification:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term Partnership plan to extendcompany’s personal loan business by analyzing, formulating, planning, andproposing detailed business model and action plans
- Lead and manage some or all modules of a project independently for all phasesof the project lifecycle;
- Develop feasibility study of transactions, taking into considerationthe industry trends, competitors’ activities, overall marketperformance, potential partner
- Structure and devise strategy for the project, including identifyingoperational and investment issues and risks associated
- Search and refine solutions and propose to the Management, aswell as execute to solve or prevent issues on a timely basis in allaspects
- Lead the team to prepare necessary analysis and presentation, i.e.investment memorandum, Board of Directors approvalpresentation, any other analysis reports or presentation materialsrequired by the work process and by the Management
- Lead in processing securing project financing from banks, if any,including liaising with Banks, preparing presentation, giving projectinformation for Banks, solving issues raised by Banks
- Work with asset management team to ensure operation andmaintenance plan align with investment criteria and executedeffectively
- Planning, implementing and supporting the aftercare of a specific project withspecified deliverables, also assist in the project scope definition and objectives
- Initiate, develop, and implement new business model solution in both existingand newly developed products/services in accordance with the company’sdirection and business targets
- Participate in building a strong team; building skills for junior members incompleting their tasks, as well as supporting each other to achieve company’s,team’s, as well as individuals’ goals in both personal and professional aspects
- Assist Corporate Finance team on their Investor Relation tasks as requested
- Coordinate with other functions to ensure smooth operation of a project
- Assist in administrative tasks as requested by the Management
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Managementor Strategic Management or any appropriate degree and fields
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in similar position and 2 years inteam management
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Thai speaker with ability to read and write Thai and Excellent command ofspoken and written English is a must
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong presentation skills
- Must be a self-starter with exceptional project management skills and attention todetail
- Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-task in adynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
- Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations and the ability to handle pressure andmeet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and multi-tasking skills
Strategic thinking, problem solving & decision making, financial analysis, andnegotiating competencies - Able to travel abroad up to 1-2 weeks in a month and to rural area
